The new Jaguar I-Pace, the company’s first all-electric road car, has been revealed in full – and it’s stayed remarkably close to the original EV concept car of 2016. It takes centre stage at the Geneva motor show 2018.
Powered by two electric motors, it has a range of close to 300 miles and prices start from a little below £60k.
This is a landmark car for Jaguar, launching it into the growing electric car segment, and it’s dripping with cutting- edge tech from across the portfolio.
The new I-Pace was launched at an event in London on 1 March 2018.
The I-Pace has a near 200hp motor on both the front and rear axle, enabling four-wheel drive. Given electric motors produce nigh-on max torque from zero revs. The aluminium Jaguar claims a 0-62mph sprint of 4.8sec.
