Jaguar has announced the results for the 2012 Sales Dealer of the Year, a programme which is designed to identify the best performing dealerships in the network. We are very pleased to say that two of our businesses were ranked in the top 10, Welwyn Garden City and Grange Exeter, with this being Exeter’s second consecutive year in the top 10, only this time Exeter were ranked number 1 in the UK.

The results are based on Jaguar’s ‘balanced scorecard’ which covers eight key areas of any Sales department across a 12 month period, New and Used Vehicle Sales Vs Objective, Guest Satisfaction Scores, Departmental Financial Contribution, Registration Market Share, Finance Penetration, Competency/Training Levels and finally, Physical and Telephone Mystery Shops.
