To Our Guests,
Following the latest Government announcement and as we enter our third lockdown, we wanted to provide you with an update of how we will continue to operate during these uncertain times.
Making it safe to serve you
We take our responsibilities towards the health and wellbeing of our visiting guests, associates, brand partners and the wider community very seriously. As we have done, we will continue follow our strict Covid Secure procedures making it safe to serve you.

Our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of you our guests and our associates. To this end, please can I refer you to the website which will confirm the strict social distancing and sanitisation procedures we have in place.
Our technicians are provided with both interior and exterior PPE protection to use on every car they work on including disposable gloves, floor mats and seat covers and steering wheel covers as well as washing their hands on a regular basis.
Our Service and MOT Centres remain fully open on a reduced staff basis to comply with Government guidelines and with the safety measures we have taken above.
We will continue to offer timed appointments including Saturday mornings, to minimise social contact and it is important that you arrive at the agreed time.
It is also important that you maintain your vehicle in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines, so you do not invalidate your vehicle’s warranty.
Our Sales departments remain open to serve you remotely online or over the telephone. As with our Service operations, we are operating with reduced numbers of associates however we are able to provide you with a personal one to one service including sending you a full and comprehensive video of any vehicle you are interested in.
We are operating a safe and secure Click and Collect service.
We have an excellent range of both new and used vehicles available at lockdown prices.

NHS and Essential Users
We recognise the importance of keeping our NHS colleagues and other essential users, such as emergency services and carers, safely on the roads. If you have any technical queries or concerns, please use our dealership locator to find the contact number of your local dealer and your call will automatically be diverted to a member of the team. You can request the support of any of our dealerships regardless of the age, make or model of your vehicle.
We will prioritise your call for any repairs required to ensure you get the support you need as quickly as possible.
