During these unprecedented times, our thoughts again go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We take our responsibilities towards the health and wellbeing of our Associates, our Guests, and the wider community very seriously.
Following the Government announcement on the 31st October regarding a new national lockdown in England from 5th November I wanted to outline how we will be there to help you from this date and for the balance of the lockdown period.
We will be fully open as normal until the 5th November 2020. From Thursday, we will remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our websites are fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve a car online as well as booking a service or MOT.
Our showrooms and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our sales teams will be in the dealerships to continue vehicle sales remotely to meet your needs. You can still collect a car or van, which has been purchased online, or via the telephone directly from our dealerships. All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place.

Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We have produced a video which covers how we make it safe to serve you here, but to give an overview – social distancing measures, an appointment-only system and protective screens at our service desks have been in place for several months now. Please be aware that we will not be offering the following services to help prevent the spread of the virus;

- Vehicle Cleaning
NHS and Essential Users
We recognise the importance of keeping our NHS colleagues and other essential users, such as emergency services and carers, safely on the roads. If you have any technical queries or concerns, please use our dealership locator to find the contact number of your local dealer and your call will automatically be diverted to a member of the team. You can request the support of any of our dealerships regardless of the age, make or model of your vehicle.
We will prioritise your call for any repairs required to ensure you get the support you need as quickly as possible.
I appreciate your patience as England enters the second national lockdown. Our reduced teams will make it safe for us to serve you so long as the pandemic continues.
